For us, summer means popsicles. There's something about popsicles that are super nostalgic. When we were kids we used to hit the corner store and get those basic popsicles you could break in half. I would always get really excited when I could track down the banana ones. But it's time for something a little bit cooler.
We felt like getting crafty and yarn wall hangings are all the rage. And it’s no wonder, they’re gorgeous and super easy to customize when it comes to the colours, size and how you choose to trim the ends.
Sometimes all you need is a little R&R, you know? We decided to have a slow day together and do an at-home spa day.
When you work hard during the week (and wake up to an alarm, the worst), you have to give it your all on the weekends. For me, one of the best ways to do that is have an epic brunch, and today that meant waffles.
Guys, spring is finally here! If you live somewhere with proper seasons like us, then you know how exciting spring is. Waking up to sunny days again makes me stoked about life. I want to do everything possible outside (probably because I’m super low on Vitamin D as a result of this brutal winter).
Some Sundays, we just want to hang out in our pyjamas, adult slumber party styles. And eat snacks. And play ridiculous games that bring us back to when we first met, circa age 11.
I cannot express how much I love a good games night. Honestly, some of my favourite nights ever have consisted of a couple friends and an awesome mix of games. There’s something about the competition that unleashes my inner child.
Okay, we got really excited when we discovered how easy it was to make bath bombs at home and immediately added it to our Sunday Funday queue. Reason being, bath bombs are pretty. They’re also awesome to have on hand for when you’re having one of those days that only a bath (and a glass of wine, let’s be real ) can fix.
