It's berry picking season and we're here for it! Hitting up a farm is forever a #sundayfunday activity and today was almost perfect weather (it was hot AF) for heading out of the city to Andrew's Scenic Acres in Milton.
After our returning home from our raspberry picking adventure we knew we had to put these little red gems to good use - thus, enter raspberry infused gin.
Eating pancakes reminds me of being a kid again. Alyssa and my mom (good ol' Linda) used to make pancakes every Sunday for a good portion of our childhood and every time I eat them I'm filled with the warm fuzzies.
Make Quick & Dirty Tie Dye
You can totally go the traditional tie dye route, meaning get a kit and hang tight for 24 hours while your masterpiece dries and sets. Or, you can take the quick and dirty approach like we did.
We felt like getting crafty and yarn wall hangings are all the rage. And it’s no wonder, they’re gorgeous and super easy to customize when it comes to the colours, size and how you choose to trim the ends.
Have the Best-Ever At Home Spa Day
Sometimes all you need is a little R&R, you know? We decided to have a slow day together and do an at-home spa day.
Guys, spring is finally here! If you live somewhere with proper seasons like us, then you know how exciting spring is. Waking up to sunny days again makes me stoked about life. I want to do everything possible outside (probably because I’m super low on Vitamin D as a result of this brutal winter).
Just because you’re not living in a world where a giant bunny breaks into your house in the middle of the night to hide egg-shaped candy, it doesn’t mean the end result can’t still be a reality.
Okay, we got really excited when we discovered how easy it was to make bath bombs at home and immediately added it to our Sunday Funday queue. Reason being, bath bombs are pretty. They’re also awesome to have on hand for when you’re having one of those days that only a bath (and a glass of wine, let’s be real ) can fix.
