Christmas Punch
We’re ten days away from Christmas folks! This is when the three of us our in our element. We love Christmas so hard. It truly is the best time of the year (I mean, Halloween is up there too). And because we love it so much, we try and cram as much activity as possible into the season. This year we hosted a gift wrapping party AND an ugly sweater party, made ugly Christmas sweaters for said party, crafted some DIY teacup ornaments and played our Home Alone drinking game. Needless to say, we’ve been having a jolly good time.
Because we try and do so much, we’re always looking for ways to be more efficient and make things a bit easier for ourselves – especially when it comes to hosting. So this year, we were determined to come up with an epic Christmas big batch cocktail recipe. And we can safely say the mission is accomplished. Made with vodka, sparkling rose, ginger simple syrup, cranberry ginger ale, soda and garnished with sliced persimmon, whole cranberries and pomegranate seeds, it’s crisp, refreshing, not to sweet and festive AF.
This drink is definitely a crowd pleaser, so you’ll need to make a big batch just to satiate your thirsty pals. Plus, when are you going to open a bottle of sparkling rose and just have a little bit? You might as well make a big batch and use the whole thing. I mean, look how gorgeous it looks in a pitcher, amirite?
