When you work hard during the week (and wake up to an alarm, the worst), you have to give it your all on the weekends. For me, one of the best ways to do that is have an epic brunch, and today that meant waffles.
This super refreshing cocktail is our new spring drink obsession. We literally used the herbs we bought for planting today in the drink itself. The bright flavours of mint, basil and lemon verbena make this a great cocktail for sitting on a patio and soaking in the sun.

Literally, you can take any tea, let it steep for at least 24 hours in your favourite liquor and voila! The combination of Earl Grey and gin is our absolute favourite. There’s something about the flavours that just mix so well together.
