Pink Lemonade Spritzer
We’re seriously in love with this cocktail. Not only does it look awesome, it’s damn tasty. It’s the perfect cocktail for a girls night in.
- 1 oz Gin
- ½ oz St. Germain (elderflower liqueur)
- Prosecco or Sparkling Wine
- Pink Lemonade
- Ice
- Lemons, cut into rounds (optional)
- Citrus Gummy for garnish (optional)
- Highball glass (or another tall glass)
Start by filling your glass with ice. We through a lemon round in our glasses as well to add a splash of colour and a bit extra acidity. To your glass add 1 oz gin and ½ oz of St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur. Then fill half the glass with pink lemonade, topping it off with your choice of bubbly, we used prosecco. The layering effect here is so pretty. This cocktail will have your girl’s night buzzing with the hottest gossip in no time (Nothing like mixing liquor with sparkling wine!)
