For us, summer means popsicles. There's something about popsicles that are super nostalgic. When we were kids we used to hit the corner store and get those basic popsicles you could break in half. I would always get really excited when I could track down the banana ones. But it's time for something a little bit cooler.
You may have noticed by now that we'll find an excuse to put prosecco in everything. So when we made popsicles after our visit to the Farmers' Market, we thought we'd make mimosa's out of them.
