This might be the prettiest cocktail we’ve ever made. The floral notes and pink hue make this a drink for the ladies in your life. It’s perfect for a girls night in, a fancy brunch or just hanging outside on the patio. We made this while getting crafty with floral arrangements and it could not have been a better pairing.
You’ll want to serve this cocktail for a group because it’s incredibly impressive-looking and you can soak up the highest volume of praise possible. Get ready to hair flip while faking extreme modesty.
If you’ve never made a drink with egg whites before, don’t be intimidated! It’s easy to separate the egg white from the yolk once you get a technique down. Our pal Martha Stewart has got some tips for you here (she’s the best).
- 1 1/2 oz of Dillon’s Rose Gin
- 1/2 oz of Aperol
- 1 oz of lemon juice
- 1/2 oz of simple syrup
- Half of 1 egg white (unless you’re drinking alone you’ll need one full egg white to make two of these bad boys!)
- Roses for garnish (optional but it looks fly)
Combine all of the ingredients in to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigourously. Strain in to a rocks glass or stemless wine glass over ice. Yes, it’s that simple! The end result will be frothy magic. Cheers!
