The Best-Ever Fall and Thanksgiving Cocktail Recipes
We were ready for sweater weather weeks ago, and now it’s finally here! Don’t get me wrong, we love summer as much as the next guy but fall in Canada is magical. It always feels like a new beginning, even more than New Year’s Day, probably from starting a new school year when we were kids. We know it’ll get cold AF quickly, but we’re enjoying the crisp fall air for the couple weeks we have it for. Also one of the funny things about fall in Canada is that there’s always a false start – it’s hot then instantly cold, but before the season truly sets in it always gets hot again for a couple of days. And those are the days you need to truly cherish before we settle in for the long haul.
One of the reasons we love fall is the flavours it brings. It’s one of the best food and drink seasons, right? I mean, you’ve got pumpkin, squash, fall herbs like sage, cinnamon and thyme, as well as apples and pears. What more could you want? We try and take advantage of all the seasonal flavours by cooking and mixing up cocktails as much as we can. And since we have a lot of fall cocktail recipes up here we decided to round them up in one spot for you.
